What “verified” means here, how to check a business yourself, and what to do if something doesn’t feel right.
Businesses do not list themselves. The O-Biz team adds every listing after checking who runs it and how to reach them, and any change to a listing is checked again before it goes live. So the person behind a listing can always be traced. “Verified” is a sign of accountability — it is not a guarantee of a product, a price or a payment arrangement.
Some businesses pay to appear first — on the home page, at the top of a category, or at the top of a search. These spots are always marked “Featured” so you can tell them apart. A featured business goes through the same check as everyone else; paying for a spot does not make it more trusted.
Open the business in the marketplace and use “Report a concern about this listing” at the bottom of the page, or message the team on WhatsApp at +91 98470 50611. We read every report. Wrong phone numbers, closed businesses and misleading descriptions are all worth telling us about. You can also write to us from the contact page.
O-Biz Connect makes the introduction; the business owners decide whether to work together. We can look into a concern and remove a listing, but we cannot guarantee or refund a transaction between members.
